Damrak 83a
Damrak in Amsterdam is a street and water that runs from the Dam to Central Station. During the construction of number 83 Damrak was still a harbor quay of the Amstel river that ran to the IJ. Built from enormous oak beams and crowned with a beautiful triangle on top of the facade. In the front house there are three big offices of 98m2 with a view of Damrak and Beursplein. On the third floor there’s a spacious roof terrace and an attic with a century-old hoisting gear. In the middle house are three office rooms of 30m2 and in the backhouse there are three rooms of 20m2.
