On the exact location of Warmoesstraat 149 and 151 there were once two merchant’s houses. Lord Ellerman and lord Harms from a printing company of the same name tore down the houses by the end of the 19th century to replace it with an imposing modern style headquarter.
The entrance with a big wooden door, granite stairway and vaulted ceiling are still apparent. The building has a basement and three floors. The building with the numbers 149-151 is connected on the inside with Warmoesstraat 153. Every office has its own individual alarm.
