A characteristic building from the 60s at Leidseplein and three century-old buildings near Bijenkorf. Every building has its own unique history and features.

Kleine-Gartmanplantsoen 21

Built in 1958 with big windows, this building feels like you're in New York. On the inside there's a lot of light and you can experience an amazing view of the vibrant area of Leidseplein. Urban hotspots such as Stadsschouwburg, Apple Store, Café de Balie and Paradiso are nearby. Seven floors full of creative and professional service companies. Free use of the 'Boardroom' on the second floor.

Kleine-Gartmanplantsoen is a square and park in the center of Amsterdam. It is the connection between Leidseplein and Weteringschans.

Warmoesstraat 155

Warmoesstraat is one of the oldest streets in Amsterdam. It runs parallel to Damrak on the corner of Prins Hendrikkade and Zeedijk to the Dam. Number 155 has been everything yet: a merchant 's house, an inn, a tobacco firm and a pension. Built around 1600 with at the back the presence of a kolf rink, and undergoing lots of changes over the centuries. Around 1920 it got a new storefront and balcony which are now stated as monumental. This building now houses 6 office spaces, a meeting room in the former boardroom of the tobacco firm, a barbershop  and our Fitroom.

Warmoesstraat 149-151

On the exact location of Warmoesstraat 149 and 151 there were once two merchant’s houses. Lord Ellerman and lord Harms from a printing company of the same name tore down the houses by the end of the 19th century to replace it with an imposing modern style headquarter. The entrance with a big wooden door, granite stairway and vaulted ceiling are still apparent. The building has a basement and three floors. The building with the numbers 149-151 is connected on the inside with Warmoesstraat 153.
